Aufgerundet. "The Ladys Name was Susan Moore..." Gute Verse, schöner Refrain; nette Countrynummer aus den 70ern.
Allmählich ließ sein überragender Erfolg etwas nach. Nicht jede seine Singles schaffte Spitzenpositionen, # 14 C&W. Das Melancholische gefällt mir hier sehr.
Das Original von Tim Hardin ist besser aber auch diese Interpretation ist ansprechend
Gefällt mir am besten von ihm. Vor allem der Instrumentalpart in der Mitte.

Etwas zu poppig und zu dick aufgetragen.
Wunderbares altes Schätzchen mit schöner Melodie sowie sozialkritischer Text mit viel Tiefgang. :-) Hier passt einfach einfach zusammen und von daher perfekt! :-)
